PIE LAB ON FAST COMPANY
Derived from the March 2009 Project M session, Pie Lab is a new kind of social eatery. Built up from the collaborative ideas of 14 young creatives, Pie Lab is a neutral space where people come together to share ideas and stories. I spent 6 weeks down in Greensboro, Alabama building out the space, baking pies, and spending time with people of the community.
